Fire Recue Victoria (FRV) responded to a fire in a gymnasium shortly before 7am this morning.
Firefighters arrived in under five minutes to find smoke and flames issuing from a single storey brick factory.
Crews in breathing apparatus worked quickly to bring the fire under control in an office area of the building. No occupants were inside the building at the time of the fire.
The fire was declared under control at 07:17am, 28 minutes after FRV crews arrived on scene.
The cause of the fire is yet to be determined but will be investigated.
