Requests to FRV for access to documents under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 must be made in writing.
Each application must clearly identify the documents sought and include an application fee.

The application fee is a fixed cost set by the Freedom of Information Act 1982 and is non-refundable. The application fee may be waived by Fire Rescue Victoria for applicants on the basis of hardship.
