FRV responded to 2nd Alarm in Springvale

At 11.15 AM, Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) responded to a fire in a kitchen of a house in Hilton Avenue, Springvale. 

Several calls were received by Triple Zero (000) with callers saying flames were visible from the house. 

FRV crews responded and escalated the event to 2nd Alarm while En Route. 

The first truck was on scene at 11:20 AM and firefighters in Breathing Apparatus bought the fire under Control within 25 minutes. 

Four people had self-evacuated, two persons on scene were handed to Ambulance Victoria for treatment.
