Crews were called to the address just before 10am following reports of a car fire, arriving on scene within two minutes.
Firefighters worked quickly to extinguish the blaze and assist police on scene.
Three occupants of the car were located deceased.
FRV Fire Investigators are assisting police to investigate the cause of the incident.
Road users are advised to avoid the area if possible.
